Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

  • North America : 1 - 3 weeks
  • Europe : 1 - 2 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 21 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you handle returns?

I accept all returns, you just have to ship the item back to me, and if it isn't damaged and doesn't show any signs of post-buy wear, you'll get a full refund ( excluding shipping fees ) !!

I bought something and the package tracker isn't updating?

Unfortunately in some cases when the package gets to the country of destination the National Post Offices don't bother scanning the foreign packages, but that doesn't mean that your package won't get to you.
Remember you can always contact me for an estimated delivery time.

My package got lost in the mail! Help!

If by any chance your package does get lost, I'll be sure to inquire about it at the Post Office, after they either locate the package or inform me that it indeed was lost, I'll either give you an updated delivery time or refund your money.
